Not satisfied with the things you ordered? No need to worry. Your order may be returned to us within 14 days after receiving your order, provided that the item is in perfect condition, shows no visible signs of usage, and is still in its undamaged, complete, original packaging. We will not give refunds for items that we are no longer able to sell because of damage, visible signs of usage, or damaged packaging. These items will be sent back to you.

What do you have to do?
To notify us of your return, send an e-mail to winkel@kunsthal.nl and include:

1.  Your name;

2. Your reason for returning the item;

3. The order number, and the name of the item you wish to return.

You will receive a confirmation e-mail from us with further instructions as soon as possible.

PLEASE NOTE: the costs for return shipments will not be compensated and are therefore at your own expense. Sale items can only be exchanged for other items from the Kunsthal Shop.

The purchase price will be refunded within 14 days after we have received your returned item in good condition.
